Our Technology

Aerogen’s unique vibrating mesh technology uses a precision-engineered aperture plate with thousands of tiny holes that vibrate at high speed to create a fine-particle aerosol.1 This process produces consistently sized droplets (1–5 microns),2 ideal for deep lung delivery.3,4 As Aerogen Solo is a closed drug delivery system, it maintains ventilator circuit integrity and can be used for all modes of respiratory support, from invasive ventilation to spontaneous breathing.2
